Bolvadin
Bolvadin is a district of Turkey's Afyonkarahisar Province. Bolvadin is one of the oldest settlements in Anatolia. According to current documents, it has a history of 10,000 years. Bolvadin was founded in the ancient Paroreos Phrygia valley. In this valley, settled life was started in 8000 BC. Bolvadin's lands are mostly plains. An average of 40% of the district's area is agricultural land, and grain is produced in a large part of it, followed by orchard, vineyard and garden areas. There are yellow oak, juniper and pine forests in the mountains of the district.
