Çelebi
Çelebi is a district of Kırıkkale province in the Central Anatolia Region. Its population is 2304 and in this respect it is the seventh from the last among 922 districts. On 17 May 1967, it became a municipality and turned into a town. Çelebi gained district status with the Law published in the official gazette dated 20.05.1990 and 20523.
