Eldivan
Eldivan is a district of Çankırı province.
Eldivan district takes its name from the mountain surrounded by the Dümelli plain and Yanlar stream to the north. This mountain is called Ildivan Mountain by the people. This mountain became a gathering place for the Turks who spread to Anatolia after 1071 and was called Er divan. Later on, the word changed its form and became Eldivan.
