Ergani
Ergani, formerly Osmaniye, is a district of Diyarbakır province.
It is 10 km away from the right bank of the Tigris and is located on the southern foot of the 1537-meter-high Zülküf Mountain, popularly known as Zülküf Mountain, Zülküf (Zülkifl) Prophet Mountain, Makam Mountain, and is one of the important districts of Diyarbakır. Ergani is the largest district of Diyarbakır province. There are 86 villages connected to the district center.
