Gölmarmara is one of the districts of Manisa province located in the Aegean Region of Turkey.
Gölmarmara is one of the smallest districts of Manisa province. It takes its name from Marmara Lake located within the borders of the district. The district is located in the Northwest of the Aegean Region. Saruhanlı lies to the west, Akhisar and Gördes to the north, Salihli to the southeast, Ahmetli and Turgutlu to the southwest. Although the district was founded at the foot of Marmara Mountain, it spread to the plain over time.
