Güce is a district of Giresun province. Güce is a district of Giresun province, consisting of 4 neighborhoods, 55 km from Giresun center and 14 km from the coast. There are 15 villages connected to the district. There is Ağaçbaşı Plateau. Boynuyoğun Village of the district is an important place in terms of Turkish history as it is a camp settlement where Turkish tribes dispersed throughout Anatolia. In addition, the fact that it was the last front where the Ottoman-Russian wars took place and that the fortifications used during the war remain intact even today are clear evidence of the heroism of the Black Sea volunteer detachment under the command of H. Hamdi Pasha. There are stone-paved silk roads, fountains, 7 mills, church ruins, inns, Şaban Castle, historical Black Sea houses and serenders in the district. Among the geographical structures are Kılıç Kaya, Kumluca İn, Wolf Picture, Puslu Waterfall, İnoyrak Waterfall, Danacı Kaya, Kilitbaba Hill, Ağaçbaşı Plateau and Construction Site (Böğürtlenbükü). On the other hand, Boz, Şaban Castle, Gelevera Creek and Pehlivan Hill can be cited as recreation areas. Examples of handicrafts include handmade blacksmithing, basket making, and Tevekli Cradle.
