Süloğlu

Suloglu is a district in the northeast of Edirne province, bordering Kırklareli province. After the Turkish War of Independence, it joined Turkish territory on November 22, 1922 according to the provisions of the Mudanya Armistice. Suloglu, which was a village connected to the center of Edirne in the early years of the Republic, became a sub-district in 1934 and a municipality in 1967. It became a district in 1991.
