Yenişehir (Diyarbakır)
Yenisehir is one of the four new districts in the center of Diyarbakır province. It is one of the districts where most of Diyarbakır's natives live. Since the busy districts of the city such as Ofis and Vilayet fall within the borders of Yenişehir, the district is very busy. According to the results of the Address Based Population Registration System of the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) in 2020, the population of the district is 214,831 people.
